My partner in all of our major toxic tort cases and my dear friend of fifteen years, Ed Masry, passed on December 5, 2005. I consulted with the law firm of Masry & Vititoe from the time of the movie's release in 2000. In 2008 I decided to go out on my own, launch this web site, and refer cases to two law firms I hold in the highest regard, Girardi & Keese and Weitz & Luxenberg. I continue to focus on researching and providing information and support services to communities in need.

I now consult exclusively with Girardi & Keese on the West Coast and Weitz & Luxenberg on the East Coast.

This past year was the year of travel. I had a great opportunity to attend several summit meetings in Indonesia regarding environmental issues. We all live on the same planet and we all impact each other and it was a great opportunity to share knowledge around the world. I look forward to continuing my relationship with other countries.

This coming year is scheduled for two important trials of cases that I uncovered as I did Hinkley. One of these trials is another case against Pacific Gas & Electric for another hexavalent chromium groundwater case. Same cover-up in a new location.

The second trial is about the case at Beverly Hills High School. Unbeknownst to almost everyone there is an on-shore oil platform with 18 operational well heads built underneath the girls athletic field at the school. Right next door is also a large power plant. During my investigation of this case we all became concerned that we found over 400 former students with cancer. I will continue to update my blog regarding these cases.
